1957 Mobile Scout

This little Mobile Scout could have easily been restored back to original but the owners wanted something special.

Be began this project by taking the trailer completely apart.  We built new walls to accomodate the new custom built windows they wanted, and then custom built the cabinetry to thier design.  Going all electric we took out the propane stove and put a microwave in an upper cabinet, added a removable ice chest in place of the ice box, and added an AC unint in the front galley.  New custom flooring was laid down and custom made bed benches were built at an angle to give more foot room while standing or sitting at the table.  A small restroom was added to the left of the galley.

The exterior received our polished aluminum, note the custom made 1” score design through the window band.  The aluminum was on both sides of the door so it blends when open, and we flipped the door from right opening to left, added a new wood screen door.  The exterior also received new LED tail lights and LED beehive marker lamps.

We installed some high tech looking light fixtures, each on thier own dimmer, custom built a table with entertainment center and had new cushions made using black cloth & vinyl with red piping.  We used red gimp on all the wood edges to match the design.

This trailer is an example of  the custom work we can do to build the trailer of your imagination!
